Logging in to Mijn NS and managing your OV-chipkaart details

With Mijn NS, you can easily manage your personal information or subscribe to the NS newsletter. If you are a business customer, you can use Mijn NS Zakelijk instead.

Link your OV-chipkaart to Mijn NS

You can also link your OV-chipkaart to your Mijn NS-account in order to view your travel history. The overview shows all of the trips you have taken with NS, along with the costs.

If you are a business client, you can also arrange many of your details yourself via Mijn NS Zakelijk.

Requesting refunds via Mijn NS

You can also use Mijn NS to request refunds for delays or when you forget to check in or out. You can request a maximum of three refunds for forgetting to check in or out each year. After that, you must contact NS Customer Service.
