Maintenance to Mijn NS and the webshop for season tickets

Mijn NS is partially unavailable due to intensive maintenance until Monday, 12 June. You also cannot order or change a subscription in our webshop. We're preparing these systems for the future.


This is not possible during this maintenance

Until Monday 12 June you cannot:

  • Order season tickets.
    Need a ticket? Buy a single ticket.
  • Change and cancel subscription
  • View invoices
  • Request a refund via Customer Service or Mijn NS
  • Request a refund if you forget to check in or out
  • Request a refund in the event of a delay via Mijn NS.
    You can do this via our form.

Frequently asked questions

  • Can I still travel with my season ticket?

    Yes, you can travel with your season ticket between 9 June 12:00 and 12 June.

  • Can I order a season ticket?

    No, you will not be able to order a season ticket for the train, OV-fiets, bicycle storage or Storage on account from 12:00 on 9 June until 12 June. That includes orders via Customer Service or the NS Service Desk, and it applies to business season tickets for the NS-Business Card as well.

    If you need a ticket to travel during this period, please order a separate ticket
     

  • Can I change or cancel my season ticket?

    No, you cannot change or cancel your NS Flex season ticket, NS-Business Card season ticket or 'On balance' season ticket from 9 June 12:00 until 12 June. Not even via our Customer Service or the NS service desk.

    Did you cancel your season ticket before 9 June 12:00? Then you can pick up your cancellation at the NS ticket machine.

  • My season ticket is being renewed these days. Can I continue to travel (with a discount)?

    Yes, we will extend your NS Flex season ticket or 'On balance' season ticket for you before 9 June. This way you can continue to travel (with a discount) from 9 to 12 June - and afterwards. You don't have to do anything for this. Your invoice date remains the same.

    We also extend Kids Vrij, your subscription for OV-fiets, Bicycle Storage season ticket and Storage on account for you.

  • Can I use a Keuzedag to travel?

    Yes, you can. Normally, we would add a new Keuzedag for you to download at a Ticket Machine one day after you use a Keuzedag. 

    But unfortunately, you cannot use a second Keuzedag between 12:00 on 9 June and after 12 June. We will add a new Keuzedag for you to download after Monday, 12 June.

  • Can I request or cancel an NS-Business Card?

    No, you will not be able to request or cancel an NS-Business Card as a business traveller from 12:00 on Friday, 9 June until after Monday, 12 June. That includes orders via Customer Service or the NS Service Desk.
