Contact with Customer Service
If you need extra information, you can contact NS Klantenservice via social media, live chat, telephone and e-mail or the Service Forum.
Interpreters
If you are hearing impaired, you may also choose to have an interpreter conduct the conversation for you. In that case, the Personal Data Protection Act requires NS to ask your permission for the interpreter to speak on your behalf and to share your private personal information with the interpreter. If this is not possible, we will choose to have our employee record the conversation. Naturally, the NS employee will explain the procedure first before deciding on this option.
