If you are travelling at the weekend as a group of several people on a single Euregio ticket, a maximum of five people can go through the access gates using the same barcode. Open the gates first for your fellow passengers, one by one, and then go through the access gate yourself as the last person.
Ordering
The Euregio ticket is on sale at a number of NS stations in southern Limburg that are part of the Meuse-Rhine Euroregion. These are the stations starting from Roermond and further south, in Belgian Limburg, the province of Liège and the Aachen region. You can also buy the Euregio ticket at the NS service desk in Maastricht.
In Maastricht, you can also buy the Euregio ticket as a single-use chip card without a surcharge at the NS service desk. This paper OV-chip card is valid with all train operators.

- Germany: all Regional Express (RE) and Regional Bahn (RB) trains
- Belgium: all trains on selected routes, but not on the Thalys, ICE or Euronight
- The Netherlands: in all trains on train routes in South Limburg (below Roermond)
